• Working with architects we can deal with any planning application and prepare sustainability statements. We are able to provide an in-house planning service for smaller projects
• We investigate the variety of options open to clients in respect of energy efficient and renewable technologies
• We are able to offer payback analysis for improvements
• We supervise all project works and deal with any problems that might arise • We ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest standard through a rigorous quality assurance programme which can include the use of thermal imaging
• We are regulated by the Energy Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and we are accredited by the Building Research Establishment and are able to implement BREEAM In-Use, an environmental & sustainability standard
